| Parents of Murdered Children-Nueces Co. Chap. |
|
| Corpus Christi, TX 78405 |
| (361) 884-8622 |
| Description:
The Nueces County Chapter was founded on August 20, 2006 by Velia Perez-Hodzic, mother of Josph Trinidad Vicencio (2-6-83 \ 10-31-2002).
After the death of her son, Velia embarked on a lengthy search for help with her grief and discovered the
P.O.M.C website. There was no chapter in the area and Velia saw the need for one in her city to meet the needs of a growing number of people who had suffered losses similar to her own and had no place to go for support. The chapter was established so that no other parent, family member or friend of a victim of vilonce should ever feel alone in their grief. |
